The Technology and How It Works VersaPulse (HELP G) Laser is a doubled green light laser which targets hemoglobin in the blood vessel. This laser is used to treat spider veins of the legs and face, port wine stains and other vascular birthmarks and growths, hypertrophic and keloid scars, and stretch marks. It helps remove the red by sealing the blood vessels. It's non-invasive and won't cause bruising. For larger, bluish veins a long-pulsed Nd:YAG laser is used.
